The hotel is conveniently located, with the Tophane Tram station right next to it, making it easy to explore the city. It is also adjacent to a beautiful mosque, adding to its charm. it is just a short walk away from the main shopping street, offering plenty of options for dining out. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist with any requests. The breakfast offers a variety of options to kickstart your day.

The noise from the nearby clubs can sometimes disturb the peace and quiet of the hotel.

Karakoy Port Hotel was great with its amazing service. The manager, Mr Hakkan, were really nice too ensure my stay was nice. The location is excellent, with easy access to popular attractions and public transportation. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast offered a great variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for an lovely stay in Istanbul.

The hotel is perfectly situated, close to the cruise port where we could take a ferry to explore the Asian side of the city and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Bosphorus Sea. Not only that, but it is also conveniently located within walking distance of many historical landmarks, making it easy to explore the city's rich history. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, always being available to assist us with any inquiries or requests. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, ensuring a good start to our day of exploration. The hotel also had a lovely rooftop terrace, providing stunning views of the city skyline.

Construction work near the hotel was a minor inconvenience.

Great boutique hotel near the port and city center, ideal for cruisers. Walkable distance to the ship, with helpful staff. Clean rooms, breakfast served in nice surroundings, and friendly, attentive staff. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of Istanbul. We loved being in a prime area with easy access to all the main attractions. Plus, it was such a treat to have a view of the Bosphorus from the terrace restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The hotel staff, from the bell boy to the manager, were incredibly attentive and always went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The service here was truly top-notch.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect - right in the center of everything. The service was top-notch, from the friendly bell boys to the attentive manager. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room amenities were excellent - I had everything from an ironing facility to a mini-bar. The comfortable sitting area was great for relaxing after a long day of exploring. And the in-room safe gave me peace of mind. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were both fantastic. The staff always made sure I had a great dining experience. The free Wi-Fi was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxury hotel with fantastic service and amenities.

Great location with many nearby cafes and entertainment options. Clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast on the top floor offers a stunning view. Friendly and helpful staff, especially the receptionist, Serkan. Would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting the city. Highly recommended!

The location of this hotel was fantastic, with plenty of nearby bars, restaurants, and nightlife to enjoy. The proximity to the T1 tram station was convenient for getting around the city. the rooms were very clean, and the staff was amazing, especially the young man at the night shift front desk who helped us order food.

Hopefully, once it's finished, it will enhance the overall experience. the breakfast could use more variety, as towards the end there was often a lack of milk and cheese options.
